peanut butter marshmallows

Okay, this isn't exclusive to camping by any means, but you could probably do it in a pot on a propane stove.  And since it includes marshmallows, and everyone knows marshmallows are camping food, I wanted to share it.

Melt 1/2 cup peanut butter and 2 tablespoons butter in a pot over low-medium heat.  Stir in a bag of large marshmallows. 

If you stir them too long, they will melt too.  But instead of allowing them to melt, stir just until they are coated well with the peanut butter mixture.  Then eat!

Be careful, they're hot.....but OHHHHH so delicious.  Enjoy!

  Holy Moly that sounds awesome... and now I am craving it. You know what would even make it better? Just use a kabob stick to dip it in the peanut butter and then dripple a little chocolate sauce on them! This might be getting a bit complicated though for out in the camp site but it sounds good.

can you make them over a fire with just one of those portable pans or pots?...

would an electric pot work? like one of those you plug in to your car lighter socket?
