Ingredients:

Eggs
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
You can also add different types of cheeses, sausage, bacon, veggies and herbs etc... whatever you like in your omelet

Equipment:

Freezer Ziplock Baggies
Pan of boiling water
Bowl and fork for mixing

Directions:
Scramble eggs, pour desired amount into baggy and add your meats and cheeses etc... into the bag and mix.
Boil for 8-10 minutes, your omelet will come out the bag easily and serve.  By adding the meat and cheese etc... to the bag, everyone can have their desired style of omelet.

We had this on a camping trip and it was delicious & easy  Smiley

What an awesome idea!  When I went camping they cooked in pots and pans and made such a mess!  Good thing I was a guest and didn't have to help clean!  Next time I go I will remember this and try it!
