This is a great recipe for a desert or a quick breakfast. Very easy to make.

1 can Peaches (Do not drain)
16 oz Oatmeal
1 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Brown Sugar

Mix everything together real good. Go make Coffee. The juices from the peaches need to soak into the oatmeal.

Line a 10" Dutch Oven with parchment paper (for easy clean up) Pour mixture into Dutch Oven and smooth out level. Add lid. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until brown and bubbly on top.

If camping use 4 or 5 charcoals underneath and about 12 around the rim and a few in the middle. If its windy you may need to add a few more and bake a little longer. After about 20 minutes, Rotate the oven 90 degrees and then rotate the lid too, this will  even out the heat.

Let it rest for a few minutes to set up. Now get your coffee and enjoy.  Cheesy
