My camping favorite has always been roast fish.
This is usually easy and fast. here is the recipe
What you need
1 fresh caught fish
some flour
salt
black pepper
parsley
open fire
How to roast
(without water) mixed a little four with salt and black pepper
Dip or sprinkle the fish with the flour mixture
place the fish over the fire and turn ever so often
Sprinkle with parsley after 5 minutes and leave to roast over heat
